Pickups

You can also pick up your order at Aeropost - Cas Coraweg 60 or Aeropost - Jan Noorduynweg 60 - B1 (Esperamos Shopping Center). Pick up orders are free and usually ready in 24 hours. You will get an e-mail and/or text when your order is ready for pickup.

1. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
2. If you do not bring your confirmation email, please state that you are there to pick up an order from Vibing Colors followed by your name.
3. Once you get an email that your order has been delivered and is ready for pick up, you have 7 (business) days to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order on time, your order will be cancelled.

Payment Method
We accept Paypal, All Major Credit Cards, Cash (on delivery/ pick up) and IDEAL. Orders will not ship until payment has been received & cleared, with the exception from cash payments.

Return
All sales are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges may be accepted within 24 hours of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All items sent back are the senders expense. It is recommended that you ship items with tracking. We are not responsible for held and/or lost packages. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at vibingcolors.business@gmail.com with your order number.
